Lead Creative Visionary

This pivotal role encompasses the leadership of a multidisciplinary creative team. As a key player, you will foster an environment where artistic professionals thrive, driving high-quality output across various platforms.

You will serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring seamless production from kick-off to delivery. Effective communication, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a compelling creative vision for marketing campaigns, user acquisition ads, social media content, brand partnerships, and in-game integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and refine asset needs, ideate concepts, and craft engaging messages for ads and trailers.

Creative Direction and Strategy:

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive the creative vision forward, staying abreast of industry trends and applying innovative ideas to enhance marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Creative Lead or Team Leader role, showcasing leadership in audiovisual production, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Proven expertise in art direction.
  • A visionary mindset, openness to new ideas, and a love of risk-taking.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Creativity and pragmatism in finding solutions to overcome obstacles and advance projects.
