We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Guest Relations & Marketing Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive marketing campaigns across our luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver premium showroom experiences for valued guests at our Brisbane location.
- Maintain front-of-house environments that reflect the prestige of both Aston Martin and McLaren.
- Curate engaging social media content that resonates with each brand's tone and prestige.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across both brands.
- Analyze digital engagement metrics to inform performance improvements.
- Coordinate customer events for both Aston Martin and McLaren.
- Exemplary service standards.
- Customer service experience in luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Marketing and social media management expertise with an eye for premium branding.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
