Senior Estimating Manager

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end estimating process on projects, overseeing the production of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables. They will be responsible for creating high-quality technical output, leveraging industry expertise autonomously with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the estimating process and oversee the production of Quantity Surveying/Estimating deliverables.
- Produce advanced technical deliverables and apply industry experience independently.
- Manage multiple project workloads simultaneously to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans.
- Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors to drive informed decision-making.
- Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert, providing strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, develop, deliver, and operate complex projects across various disciplines.
- Recommend improvements to current processes and strategies, ensuring the application of the latest technical developments and best practices.
