As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Yardi software solutions. This role requires a strong background in project management, business analysis and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Yardi software solutions, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

Responsibilities also include providing training and support to clients, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, leading weekly status meetings and managing progress reporting, risk mitigation and issue resolution.

A bachelor's degree in technology or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Minimum 3 years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations in a Project Management or Business Analyst capacity, with a strong emphasis on accounting workflows and financial management.

Proven experience handling Procore or knowledge of its integration with real estate systems is highly desirable. Skilled in creating and managing project documentation and deliverables, with excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, self-motivated, team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced high-growth conditions. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus, PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
