Sydney, AustraliaAbout the Role:The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting theYardi Sales team in their sales processes by serving as a functional andtechnical subject matter expert on Yardi solutions.
The Solutions Consultantdemonstrates products, advises clients and prospects on product utilization,participates in sales calls, assists with creating sales tools anddemonstrations scripts, and participates in marketing events.What You'll Do:Demonstrates products at adetailed level with a consultative approach while advising clients andprospects on how to best utilize the solutions.Utilizes knowledge ofYardi products, industry, and competition to present value propositions toclients and prospects while supporting the sales team through their salescycles.Ensures the demoenvironment is accurate and current, including all demo data andappropriate sales applications.Plays an integral part intheir sales cycle strategies by working with salespeople and participatingin sales calls and meetings with prospects.Assists in the creation ofrelevant sales tools and demonstration scripts and conducts ongoingproduct training for the Sales team.Assist with completion ofRFPs and RFIs as required.Provides market andcustomer feedback on supported solutions product management, development,and marketing teams.Utilizes internal CRMdiligently, recording all client activities, sales opportunities, andforecasts per training guidelines.Participates in marketingevents to promote Yardi Systems and Yardi's products and services.Maintains a comprehensiveunderstanding of assigned products, completes demo certifications onrespective products annually, and continuously expands product knowledgeand demonstration skills by presenting solutions to clients and prospects.Meets or exceeds quarterlyand annual goals.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree inbusiness, Accounting, or related field.2+ years of software salesor pre-sales experience, preferably with a Cloud ERP or point solutionprovider.Industry: Real estate andideally experience in Residential/ Commercial/ SaaS/ Software/ ERPPresentation anddemonstration skills, driven, self-starter motivated to succeed.Ability to interface withC-suite prospects and clients.Ability to understandtechnical products.Highly responsive withproven client-centered commitment and focusProven strong ability tomeet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.Real Estate runs on Yardi.
