The primary role of this position is to manage the implementation lifecycle for real estate software, ensuring seamless workflows and maximizing client value.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, leading status meetings, managing progress reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. A strong understanding of Yardi Voyager and its associated modules is essential, as well as hands-on experience in implementing and configuring it.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Procore, enabling them to support integration with real estate systems and contribute to efficient construction and project management workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee the complete implementation lifecycle for Yardi software, including scoping, configuration, deployment, training, and support.
  • Develop detailed project plans and lead weekly status meetings to ensure effective project management.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients to guarantee project success and long-term satisfaction.
  • Provide expert-level training and consulting services on Yardi Voyager and other related software solutions.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and foundational system configurations within Yardi.
  • Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs for Yardi users at both corporate and site levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support system customization, process improvements, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Yardi-related queries, troubleshooting issues or escalating to the vendor when necessary.
