OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Deputy Principal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, shaping the education landscape in Western Australia.
About the RoleThe Deputy Principal plays a pivotal role in supporting the Principal and administrative team in driving the school's vision and strategic direction. Key responsibilities include:
- Educational leadership and instructional coaching
- Developing and promoting whole school programs
- Supporting staff development and continuous improvement
This role requires a collaborative approach, promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy among students, teachers, and the wider community.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy Principal will be responsible for:
- Leading educational teams to achieve high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
- Managing school operations, including timetabling and staff supervision
- Fostering positive relationships with parents, staff, and the broader community
With strong interpersonal skills and experience in educational leadership, you will inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
