The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team at Hedland Senior High School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the Success Program, a unique initiative that provides wraparound support for students' wellbeing and academic achievement.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of leading teams to create a positive learning environment, with a strong focus on student outcomes. You will work collaboratively with specialist teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Success Program team to achieve planned outcomes
- Developing and implementing individualized plans for students
- Collaborating with specialist teachers and support staff to ensure a high level of educational outcomes
- Managing physical and financial resources to support program delivery

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- Hold registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia.
- Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- Consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
