Job Description: Railway Infrastructure Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will support business objectives through planning, scheduling, performing and analysing maintenance activities for the Perth's High Capacity Signalling Project.

This project involves the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the new Automatic Train Control System to replace the existing signalling and train control systems in Perth.

The primary objective is to maintain compliance with all statutory laws, company policies and procedures whilst meeting the required targets of quantity and quality as defined in budgets and forecasts in maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet business objectives
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Rail industry sector is highly advantageous
  • Tertiary Qualifications in applicable discipline
  • Primavera 3.1 minimum Project Planner Advanced User
  • Experience in a planner or scheduler position within the Engineering, Electrical or construction industries
  • Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and developing new business opportunities
  • Experienced and able to prepare and analyse tenders and estimates
  • A good understanding of, and experience with, the business challenges impacting upon business in different life cycles (e.g. expanding, mature, declining or new market)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of OH&S and employee relations legislation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
