Key Roles and Responsibilities

This leadership role is critical in driving the development of impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.

As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver onboarding and core learning solutions that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles, advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies, and strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable frameworks to support job-ready capability across career pathways.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development.
  • Evaluating learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in Learning & Development with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
