Drive Business Growth as a Senior Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the full sales process from enquiry to post-delivery support, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts and drive new business leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and problem resolution.
About You:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in a technical product environment (electrical or mechanical).
  • Industry Expertise: A background working with clients in the power, utilities, rail, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proactive, organised, and commercially minded.
  • Multitasking: Experience managing multiple priorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
