We pay a base salary of 110 - 130k AUD, and a OTE of 220 - 260k AUD.

As an Account Executive specializing in Process Orchestration, you'll be at the forefront of the digital revolution, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their processes.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Excellence: Spearhead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a laser focus on Blue Prism's Process Orchestration and Enterprise AI solutions.
- Strategic Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their unique business challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.
- Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to craft tailored automation strategies that integrate seamlessly with human, API, AI and digital workforces.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, positioning Blue Prism as a thought leader in Process Orchestration.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their digital transformation journey.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights and a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborative Culture: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and success.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Maverick: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the enterprise software space, preferably with a focus on automation or process management solutions.
- Tech Aware: An understanding of Process Orchestration, RPA, AI, and the digital workforce landscape is preferred.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable, innovative solutions.
- Relationship Expert: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain influential relationships at all organizational levels.
- Communication Pro: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of articulating value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solver: Creative mindset with a passion for tackling challenges and driving continuous improvement.
