About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Aria Restaurant, part of the Solotel group. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our daily service operations and driving a solid culture within our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of seasonal cocktail lists for Aria and manage the bars, including ordering, stocktake, rostering, and training the team.
  • Drive a solid culture within the team, promoting a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and other senior management to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Manage and develop the skills of the team, providing regular training and upskilling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or bar environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including cocktail development and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
