About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park, working 38 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Bookings Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule medical appointments and manage client wait times
  • Quality check medical results and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to KPIs, including client satisfaction and reporting requirements
  • Log all calls and monitor phone queues to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Perform data inputting and general administration duties

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner
  • Ability to manage a diverse client base via phone and email
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
