The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich.

You will be responsible for providing daily living support to a customer, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.

Your work will be centred around the following:

  • Providing support with everyday activities around the home
  • Assisting with hygiene and personal care
  • Supporting activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance
  • Providing meal assistance

Shifts available include 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday - Sunday.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification and National Police Clearance
