Job Title:

Home and Community Support Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Home and Community Support Professional to provide personalized support to clients with disabilities, illnesses, or mental health conditions in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support services that enable individuals to maintain their independence and achieve their goals
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation
  • Provide skill development and social support to enhance the client's overall well-being
  • Facilitate community access to appointments, social events, and shopping activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a related field
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (obtained prior to employment)
