Job Title: Market Development Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Development Director to lead our business growth efforts in the ANZ region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive new business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • B uild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business development, aligned with market trends and industry initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field and/or 15+ years of experience in the infrastructure, engineering, construction, and/or operations industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions based on data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
