About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our marketing team as a specialist, where you'll be instrumental in delivering end-to-end marketing support across multiple development projects.

As a key member of the team, you'll help drive brand visibility, enhance customer experiences, and support the residential sales journey—from first enquiry through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums, including EDMs, PR, print collateral, video content, signage, and press placements.
  • Manage the creative execution, whether handled in-house or by an external creative agency.
  • Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media, apps, and online channels—partnering with agencies as needed.
  • Ensure seamless, targeted, and timely automated communications across all touchpoints within Hubspot.
  • Coordinate and deliver events including project launches, milestone celebrations, partner functions, and site visits.
  • Support the sales team by managing online project listings across platforms like REA and Domain.
  • Liaise regularly with the project site teams to stay informed on progress and construction milestones, and to ensure on-brand presentation of sites through signage, bannermesh, gantries and crane signage.
  • Maintain the upkeep and presentation of display suites, signage, and marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the broader marketing team as required.

About You

  • You're a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a strong passion for the property industry.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and bring a collaborative mindset, ready to contribute across multiple projects and teams.
  • You'll also bring:
    • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience in a similar role—ideally within residential or mixed-use property developments.
    • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in everything you do.
    • Working knowledge of digital marketing, especially social media advertising SEO, and digital campaign optimisation.
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
    • The ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
