**About the Role**

As our Development Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in delivering end-to-end marketing support across multiple development projects. From campaign execution to events and CRM management, you'll help drive brand visibility, enhance customer experiences, and support the residential sales journey—from first enquiry through to contract signing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums, including EDMs, PR, print collateral, video content, signage, and press placements.
- Manage the creative execution, whether handled in-house or by an external creative agency.
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media, apps, and online channels—partnering with agencies as needed.
- Manage the customer journey experience within Hubspot ensuring seamless, targeted, and timely automated communications across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate and deliver events including project launches, milestone celebrations, partner functions, and site visits.
- Support the sales team by managing online project listings across platforms like REA and Domain.
- Liaise regularly with the project site teams to stay informed on progress and construction milestones, and to ensure on-brand presentation of sites through signage, bannermesh, gantries and crane signage.
- Oversee the upkeep and presentation of display suites, signage, and marketing materials.
- Provide administrative and project support to the broader marketing team as required.

**About You**

You're a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a strong passion for the property industry. You thrive in fast-moving environments and bring a collaborative mindset, ready to contribute across multiple projects and teams. You'll also bring:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role—ideally within residential or mixed-use property developments.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in everything you do.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, especially social media advertising SEO, and digital campaign optimisation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
