Business Development Manager Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving lending growth and expanding your network. You will be the go-to expert in your area, leveraging your in-depth lending experience to build strong, long-lasting relationships with the local community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking
  • Guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals
  • Strengthening your community presence by building your personal brand, nurturing and leveraging existing Community Bank relationships, and expanding your network through active participation in local events

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive consumer lending experience
  • Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
