In this role, you will :
Build and nurture strong networks across Perth, uncovering new opportunities in dynamic local communities.
Take initiative in generating leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
Engage in meaningful, consultative conversations to truly understand and meet customer needs.
Deliver bespoke lending solutions with a focus on exceptional service and long-term relationships.
Play a key role in driving business success in your designated region.
Qualifications
About you
As a Mobile Banker, you will proactively build community and business relationships that attract new customers, deepen relationships with existing customers, and promote the Beyond Bank profile and brand.
You will have :
Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
Home lending experience
High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
Exceptional communication, organisational, and time-management skills
The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
Strong lending experience is highly desirable
