You should possess proficiency in Auto CAD and other engineering design software, as well as experience working in design teams and delivering high-quality engineering packages.

A strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for this role.

RPEQ/Chartered status in Electrical Engineering (or working towards it) is desirable but not mandatory.
