Civil Works Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader with 8–10 years of construction experience to oversee projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing civil works, including bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, concrete, electrical & comms.
The Role- Lead construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
- Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA systems
- Build strong relationships with clients, councils, and stakeholders
- 8–10 years' experience in construction (not all as PM, but with solid site-based knowledge)
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects or subdivisions
- Solid understanding of construction methods and plant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Based in or familiar with the Adelaide region
- Work in a supportive environment
- Take ownership of diverse and meaningful projects

- Be recognised for your skills and experience
