Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Consultant to join our team

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Consultant to provide high-level advice, guidance, and support in People and Culture processes and business functions. You will be responsible for delivering a range of customer service, administrative, and Human Resources support services to enable the provision of detailed advice and support.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of People & Culture initiatives and interventions to address people management issues and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on legislative and regulatory requirements relating to human resources management and industrial/employee relations
  • Identify significant People & Culture issues and communicate their business implications/risks
  • Develop and implement innovative policies, strategies, and initiatives
  • Manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Consult with key stakeholders, including management, staff, and external agencies
  • Analyse data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Sound knowledge of human resources management and industrial/employee relations
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce/Business, Psychology or equivalent workplace experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
