NDIS Customer Service Representative

Nexia Australia is seeking a highly motivated and client-centric individual to join our NDIS division as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Plan Management Services: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality plan management services to our clients, including providing advice and guidance on NDIS pricing arrangements and operational guidelines.
- Customer Liaison and Negotiation: You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries and complaints, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Stakeholder Management: You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Data Reconciliation and Integrity: You will be responsible for conducting data reconciliations to ensure data integrity is maintained, contributing to the overall accuracy and reliability of our systems.
- Willingness to Learn: You will have a willingness to learn and develop an in-depth understanding of the NDIS pricing arrangement, operational guidelines, and legislation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and customer focus to deal with enquiries with diplomacy and tact.
- Communication Skills: You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: You will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
- Ability to Work Independently: You will have a proven ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritizing work within tight timeframes in a dynamic office environment.
