Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital media operations. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) and cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM) campaigns using the Zitcha retail media platform. You will also manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google, and collaborate with our studio and channel teams to bring campaigns to life.

In addition, you will support suppliers with self-service campaign tools and troubleshoot where needed, and own campaign reporting and performance analysis across digital and retail media touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Google Paid Ads, Meta Ads, and digital ad formats (CPC/CPM)
  • Experience with Amazon Paid Ads is a bonus
  • Strong skills in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and account management skills
