Job Title: Motorway Operations Manager

Are you a results-driven leader with experience in traffic management and smart motorways operations? We are seeking a highly skilled Motorway Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Lead a team of Motorway and Tunnel Operations Controllers to achieve performance objectives and improve customer outcomes.
  • Develop and implement incident and congestion management strategies using Motorways Management System (MMS) and other traffic management systems.

This is a temporary full-time position based at our Eveleigh office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on small, impactful community initiatives or enable reliable network-wide services. If finding complex technological solutions is your game, we have the team for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience working in a control centre environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of traffic management and smart motorways operations.
  • Experience in MMS, SCATS, SRMS operations, and/or similar systems.
