Adult Care Specialist

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, possess excellent communication skills, and have a compassionate and patient nature. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with necessary insurance are also required for travel to clients' homes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance such as showering, dressing, and grooming
- Perform household cleaning and laundry tasks
- Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities
- Offer respite for caregivers and provide transportation to appointments and social events
- Provide emotional support and connect individuals with community resources
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with necessary insurance
