This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work closely with stakeholders to support the design, testing and implementation of contemporary learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation, as well as a strong understanding of human centred design principles.

They will also have the ability to engage and facilitate diverse audiences, make complex topics accessible, communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.

  • A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in learning and development is essential for this role.
  • Experience in applying project management methodologies and tools, including agile environments, is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced team environment with the capability to plan and work to deadlines is highly desirable.
