About the Role

As a seasoned project professional, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion. This involves developing and executing project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, in consultation with stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience of managing teams, budgets, and resources. You will be working closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Developing project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinating all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that costs are within budget constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including managing project changes and issues that arise during construction.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and is compliant with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with the client, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
  • Contract Administration: Administering contracts and ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
  • Team Management: Managing project teams, including consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that they deliver quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • A minimum of years' experience as a project manager within the Construction & Property Industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience of managing budgets and resources.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
