In this position, you will report directly to the Field Service Supervisor and will be a vital contributor to the support of the Field Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule service tasks for field and workshop technicians, collaborating closely with the Field Service Foreman and Fitters.
  • Communicate with clients to set up service appointments and provide updates regarding the progress of work.
  • Ensure the prompt and precise processing of service orders, including necessary documentation and billing procedures.
  • Oversee and manage the status of work orders to guarantee timely completion and delivery.
  • Assist in preparing service quotes and estimates.
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities, including parts and labor.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of required components for service tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance service delivery processes.
Position Details:
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Casual ongoing role
  • Working hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Weekly payment structure
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity or relevant administrative role.
  • Familiarity with CAT parts and services is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
