About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team.

As Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients and patrons.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a medium to large security team, with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, and has a strong focus on customer service. The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Security Licence, First Aid and CPR certification, and preferably a Certificate III in Security.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ongoing Training of team members
  • Client, Customer and Patron Liaison
  • Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems
  • Leading and Coordinating with your team
  • Managing SOP's
  • Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)
