We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Strategist and Analyst to lead initiatives that improve system efficiency, manage complex data, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving continuous improvement in systems and processes, and have a proven track record of delivering insightful strategic, operational and tactical intelligence products that contribute to best practice regulation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective administration of regulatory systems and compliance with information management requirements.
- Manage projects and activities to ensure the effective development, collection, storage, extraction, analysis, reporting and maintenance of complex data sets.
- Research and monitor activities and users' needs across stakeholders to assess business requirements and develop effective business processes.
- Support the use of contemporary information management and business intelligence software and solutions to present and distribute the department's data and statistics in an accessible format.
- Establish the capability to support intelligence-led compliance planning and delivery that reduces risk.
- Provide actionable intelligence products that inform business decisions.
