
Student Administration Services Manager

This role involves coordinating tasks related to undergraduate, postgraduate, and higher degree research student cohorts. The coordinator will oversee scheduling, exams, and timetabling, as well as manage workflows and workloads within the team.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and analyzing complex issues. A strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction is required, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound communication skills, and highly developed organizational skills. Proficiency in computing and technological applications is essential, as is experience in higher education systems.
- Manage and coordinate tasks for student cohorts.
- Oversee scheduling, exams, and timetabling.
- Develop and implement workflows and workload management strategies.
- Train and develop client service officers.
Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive administration, client services, project or people management experience are required. Excellent interpersonal skills, sound communication skills, and highly developed organizational skills are also necessary.
Proficiency in a range of computing and technological applications used by Student Administrative services is essential. Previous experience in higher education systems is desirable but not essential.
