About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled API Integration Specialist to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a Senior Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing integration solutions using API Management and Microservices Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration solutions using API Management tools such as Mulesoft, Apigee, and Axway.
  • Participate in design workshops and lead teams to deliver integration projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and Swagger specs.
  • Estimate and deliver integration projects on time, while mentoring junior members and working collaboratively with stakeholders and peers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience matching API developer skillset.
  • Proven hands-on API Development using Java Springboot.
  • Demonstrable experience in using Spring framework and programming using Java, RESTful APIs, JSON, Webservices.
  • Good understanding of API & Microservices including design, deployment, security, performance, integration patterns.
  • Experience with delivery tools like Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, Junit, Test Automation, SonarQube etc.
  • Strong debugging skills for both client and server-side components.
  • Strong experience with usage of databases, experience with Hibernate/JPA and ability to write complex SQL queries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.
  • Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
