Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Nowra, NSW. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining high store presentation, and developing a strong leadership style that embodies our organisational values.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous remuneration package, you will receive:

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 20 team members
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
  • Experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
