We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Nowra, NSW. As a key member of the Ghanda Clothing store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting our brand values.

Ghanda Clothing is a leading 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand with over 100 locations across the nation. We were born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with a passion for designing and delivering affordable, high-quality garments that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager at Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading a team of up to 20 staff members, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Liaising with our Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the store, maximizing return on floor space.
  • Preparing and monitoring sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our business by:

  • Implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Developing and executing plans to maintain a positive store environment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Fostering strong relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
