Store Leadership Opportunity
At TenTops, we are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining store standards, and achieving business objectives.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining high store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
  • Developing and implementing plans to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail best practices and procedures.

What We Offer:
