We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Nowra, NSW store in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join our team and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 20 team members, maintaining a high standard of store presentation, and achieving sales targets.

You will also have the opportunity to work independently, liaising with your Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space. Additionally, you will prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 20 team members, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive the Ghanda values with your store team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Liaise with your Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
  • Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, leading from the front and empowering your team to achieve results.
  • A strong understanding of customer-focused retail practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in a retail/hospitality role, although this is not a deal-breaker - we value the right attitude over experience.

  • A base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
