The Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality childcare programs.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, families, and the wider community through effective communication and partnership-building.
  • Plan and deliver enriching experiences for primary-aged children, fostering fun relationships and inspiring growth.
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and Operations team to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
