Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre in Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and support a team of educators and teachers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily centre operations, including staffing, facilities management, and parent engagement.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • Design and deliver engaging activities for children's holistic development, aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence.
Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
