About the Role


This exciting opportunity as a Technical Solutions Specialist will see you working with enterprise customers to overcome technical hurdles and shorten sales cycles. You will be responsible for communicating complex technical information to customers, building relationships with technical buyers, and evaluating third-party devices.



Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in generating new business and growing existing accounts through technical knowledge of March Networks products and third-party product integration.
  • Communicate customer feedback into future product developments.
  • Collaborate with sales account managers to answer technical questions, make presentations, and manage customer trials.
  • Evaluate and integrate 3rd party devices.
  • Provide effective interfaces with external partners.
  • Leverage relationships within organizations to solve technical hurdles and foster awareness of our products and solutions.
  • Assess potential application of company products and services and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Install, configure, and test our solution at customer facilities during Proof of Concepts.
  • Interface with various customers at both business and technical levels and propose viable solutions in real-time.
  • Assist with developing channel partners through joint account calls, updating their technical staff, and working on solutions for customers.
  • Provide technical training to end users and Certified Solution Providers.


Requirements


We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:



  • A college or university degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in networks, WAN, LAN, Wireless and Wired Communication networks, Client/server knowledge, ERP systems, and CCTV/video surveillance equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel.
  • A proven track record of providing customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of how all facets of a manufacturing organization operate.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated initiative, trust, firmness, and resilience.
  • Some project management experience.


Salary Estimate


The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
