Principal Adviser

This is a key position within the Victorian Department of Health, supporting the Manager, Organisational Capability and Insights, in delivering high-quality analytic products and insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, closely working with other units in Organisational Effectiveness and program and policy areas within the department.
- Proactively identify areas in the business for analysis, develop and present recommendations to executives, and improve data collection systems to support business and policy needs.
- Coordinate and provide strategic insights and expert advice to senior decision makers, informed by collaboration with stakeholders, to enable well-informed decision making.
- Support the development, implementation, and promotion of business intelligence projects and practices across the department.
