Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the loan book for covenant compliance and risk reporting, ensuring timely execution.
  • Develop and structure credit letters and term sheets, collaborating with stakeholders on recovery actions.
  • Work closely with originators on input and guidance for deal structuring and portfolio optimization.
  • Balance portfolio risk and return, aligning deals with the organization's risk appetite and strategy.

Requirements:
