Job Title: Lead Real Estate Credit Transactions Specialist

Job Summary:

  • This leadership role drives the next phase of platform growth by sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate credit transactions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate new lending opportunities and maintain borrower relationships through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Presentation of term sheets and Investment Committee submissions that showcase market understanding and analytical skills.
  • Oversee deal execution and due diligence with asset management teams to ensure timely completion and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to product development and growth strategy by leveraging expertise in real estate credit markets.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture that values collaboration and innovation.
  • Represent the organization externally, promoting the platform to clients and stakeholders through strategic marketing efforts.

  • Established client networks and a proven track record of successful deal execution in the Australian real estate market.
