We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our clinical services.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our clinical departments, including managing staff rosters, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • You will work closely with our clinical leaders to develop and implement operational plans that align with our strategic objectives.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on operational performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating the planning and implementation of clinical projects and initiatives.
  2. Managing and developing operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Providing administrative support to clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. health administration, business administration)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
