Job Opportunity

The position of Practice Manager is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the practice to support patient experience and ensure high-quality clinical care.


The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for healthcare and team management, capable of inspiring and developing a high-performing team. They will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-performance outcomes and growth in complex or multi-modality medical settings.


  • A collaborative approach to management, with the ability to lead with empathy and a patient-centred focus
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and commercial mindset
  • Knowledge of health-related practice management systems, financial processes and transactions, and practice accreditation requirements within the healthcare setting
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and web-based patient management systems
