Lead Evaluation Specialist

Join our team as an Evaluation Expert to provide a critical role in operational performance and cultural reform.
The successful candidate will have experience in the design and delivery of complex multi-method evaluations, applying sound evaluation principles and approaches to produce robust evaluations. They will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop fit-for-purpose outputs that effectively communicate with intended audiences.
Some key duties of the role include:
- Proactively managing the development and implementation of a range of complex projects, reviews, and evaluations.
- Identifying, analysing, developing responses to, and providing advice on new, emerging, and current strategic issues that impact on the department's portfolios.
- Leading stakeholder consultations, navigating complex data environments, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and providing professional advice and recommendations on future actions.
