Sales Development Professional

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Adelaide, SA. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting with sales inquiries, managing customer relationships and supporting the sales team.
- Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, processing sales orders, maintaining sales records, handling customer complaints and providing general administrative support to ensure the sales team operates efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and sales abilities, as well as proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Additionally, you should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with previous experience in a sales or administrative role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
As a Sales Assistant, you can expect to gain valuable experience in sales and customer service, as well as develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
