Human Resources Specialist

The HR Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources activities at Hickory. This position serves as a liaison between management and employees, implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment, conducting training, managing employee relations, and enforcing compliance with legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Support recruitment efforts by advertising job openings, screening candidates, interviewing, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to promote continuous professional growth and support career progression within the organization.
- Manage employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and HR metrics analysis.
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall workplace culture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in human resources or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR policies.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management.
